CMFE is happy to point you to the newly published report of the Center for Media, Data and Society at the CEU School of Public Policy: As a publication of the CAPTCHA project (http://livingarchives.eu) here comes the final report on online community media archiving, entitled: Bold strides or tentative steps? How community broadcasters share and archive content online (link)
The CAPTCHA project was a partnership of three community media organizations (Radio Corax, Germany; the Near Media Coop, Ireland; Radio FRO, Austria) and the Center for Media, Data and Society (CMDS) at Central European University. The project aimed to empower community media and programme makers to increase the online accessibility of their programmes.
The project, which ran from September 2013 to August 2015, was supported by a grant from the Culture Programme of the European Union. This report was produced by the Center for Media, Data and Society at the School of Public Policy of Central European University, and authored by Joost van Beek, with contributions from Kate Coyer.
